CreateWills Sdn Bhd Refund Policy:
At CreateWills Sdn Bhd, we believe in total transparency in all our dealings; this includes our refund policy. The process of creating your unique Will is a fully digital process that allows you to see the summary of the Will content before you commit to the final purchase. Our Islamic and Conventional Wills are fully compliant & legal and can meet any individual requirements as long as you answer the questions accurately and honestly. Once a Will has been purchased, you can download and print the completed Will. You would only be charged a small fee should you wish to re-print the Will after a period of 3 months on a rolling calendar.
As we clearly describe what is being offered in our Islamic and Conventional Wills, we do not offer refunds on Wills purchased as outlined in our Terms and Conditions. Should you need further clarity, we can arrange for one of our agents or legal representatives to discuss your personal requirements.
